LED UP LIGHTING / WALL LIGHTING

As you have probably already heard, LED up lights are one of the keys to a successful event and it is often the most affordable way to greatly enhance the look of your event venue and set the mood for the entire reception. Our LED up lights offer a wide variety of different colors and effects that can be easily changed with a click of a button. The fixtures will match your theme color and bring your wedding or event to a much higher level. They can be set to any color, slowly fade through colors or even change colors along with music. This type of decor can be used both indoors and outdoors. Our rental price for these state-of-the-art fixtures starts at only $75 per light, which includes personal planning, setup, tear down, labor and tax. Please note that we have a $900 minimum order amount.

MINI STRING LIGHTING / MARKET LIGHTS

Your room, reception hall, patio area, lawn or gazebo can be nicely decorated with our mini string lights, which is an excellent tool that adds charm and class to your event. We charge only $175 per stand that comes with 100 warm white mini globe lights wrapped around it. Depending on the size of your event and the number of guests you're expecting, you would need 6 to 12+ stands to create a beautiful effect and impress your event attendees. This type of lighting is much easier to set up and much more affordable than traditional wedding market lights. However, it generates a rather small amount of light and it's important to make sure you get the right number of stands, especially if you are not planning to have any additional lighting at your venue.

LED DANCE FLOOR LIGHTS
|
Dance floor lighting (also known as DJ lighting) not only adds energy and excitement to your dancing area, but also makes a direct impact on how many people end up dancing and how much fun they have. Our intelligent event dance floor lighting rental package is a great and affordable combination of some of the most popular modern LED fixtures. It comes with 1 DJ effect (American DJ Jellyfish or American DJ Mystic LED), 1 DJ laser and 4 color wash lights (Chauvet Slim Par 38 or similar). They are all mounted on a heavy-duty tripod stand with a T-bar and each light has a built-in microphone, which allows it to automatically change effects along with music. With so many different aspects of event planning, the value and importance of dance floor lighting are often overlooked or underestimated. For the best possible effect, we recommend using two of these stands with six lights mounted on each stand and have us set them up on two opposite sides of the dance floor. Our rental price for each stand is only $350.

LED COLOR WASH LIGHTING

Unlike LED up lighting that creates an ambient effect, wash lighting is much more functional, because the lights are mounted on tripods, which allows the light to come from the top and cover a larger surface area. This type of lighting can be used both indoors and outdoors. Just like a standard LED up light, these fixtures consume very little power, never get hot and are much safer than regular 120-500 watt par can lights. Our rental price starts at only $75 per fixture, which includes a local delivery, setup, teardown, labor, tax and personal planning. Color wash lighting also requires heavy duty tripod stands. Each stand can hold up to 4 lights and its rental price is $350. The most beautiful event pictures available online look so great because, in addition to LED up lights, color wash lighting was used. GOBO PROJECTOR WITH A CUSTOM MONOGRAM

Our gobo projector with a custom monogram allows us the project the names of the bride and groom and their wedding date on the dance floor or the wall. For the best possible effect, we recommend having your gobo projected onto a light colored surface, which makes the image look a lot nicer and brighter. You may email us for a brochure with some of the most popular custom gobo options we offer. Once you choose your gobo, we would require at least two weeks to process your order. All custom gobos are laser cut and made from steel. The price for this service is $500, which includes the projector with the stand, your custom gobo, delivery, setup, teardown, labor and tax.

OUTDOOR FLOOD LIGHTING
|
This is the most functional type of lighting we offer. These lights do not add any elegance or sophistication to your event, but they generate plenty of light so that your guests can see each other and walk around safely. These are 250-watt bright white outdoor-rated fixtures with halogen bulbs and they are an excellent choice if you need to illuminate a dark indoor or outdoor area at a wedding reception or a festival. Each light will be mounted on a heavy-duty lighting tripod stand. The price for each stand is $75 and the price for each light is $175, which includes delivery, setup, teardown, labor and tax. For events with 50-100 people in attendance, we recommend 3 stands with 1 light mounted on each stand ($900). For events with more than 100 people in attendance, we recommend adding 1 extra light per each additional 25 guests. These lights are very popular at outdoor weddings or festivals where the venue does not have enough lighting for people to see their food, see one another and have a safe time.

WEDDING VIDEO PROJECTOR RENTAL
|
Many couples like to play their slideshow or other videos during the reception. TVs are difficult to carry and setup so most people prefer to use a video projector, which also allows to project a much larger image so more people can see it from their tables. Our wedding video projector rental package includes our 2500 lumen BenQ MC616ST (or similar) and a 6' VGA cable so you can connect it to your computer. If you'd like to project the video onto a wall, the price is only $500. If you'd like to add our 100'' or similar sized projection screen, the total price would be $850, which would include a local delivery, setup, labor and tax.
